To request an Absentee Ballot please follow this process:
Download the Absentee Ballot request form:
Complete the Absentee Ballot Request form and mail to your local Board of Elections, for Stark County residents please mail to:
For non-Stark County residents please utilize the following link for a directory of the Ohio County Board of Elections:
ALL ABSENTEE BALLOT REQUESTS MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE BOARD OF ELECTIONS, BEFORE NOON THE SATURDAY BEFORE AN ELECTION.
